By using Seshlo (the "App") you agree to these terms. They are short because Seshlo is a simple, free app that doesn't collect your data or charge you anything.
The licence
ByteChaser grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute the App, decompile it, or repackage it for sale.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteChaser disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The App is a timer. Don't rely on it for medical, safety-critical, or legal purposes. We will do our best to keep it accurate but we make no promises that it will be free of bugs or interruptions caused by your device, OS, or environment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteChaser will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App — which, since the App is free, is zero.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, in which case the broadest limitation permitted by law applies.
Your data
We don't collect any personal data. See the Privacy Policy for the full story.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be noted in the App's release notes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
